What's it about?
The Economic Service of the Gmunden municipal government is primarily responsible for the concerns and a unified, strong presence of businesses in the city center. The team organizes events that promote foot traffic in Gmunden's downtown area. These include, among others, the Advent in the city center, the popular moonlight stroll, and the traditional Restlmarkt (market for leftover goods). In addition to seasonal decoration and design, the staff also works to attract new businesses and support sales through the popular Gmundner shopping voucher.
