If silence is more dangerous than a fall From uncertainty to action: "First Aid for the Soul" - a course What to do if someone next to us appears apathetic or seems desperate? Many feel unsure and do not know how they can help. Mental emergencies are often invisible, but just as serious as physical ones. To better prepare "first responders" for such emergencies, the Healthy Community together with pro-Mente offers a free 4-part course: "First Aid for the Soul". In these seminars, you will learn how to provide first aid in cases of psychological problems: - Recognize problems early – When is it more than just a "bad day"? - Approach people – How can I support empathetically? - Concrete first aid measures – Practical steps in crisis situations The course is scientifically based and aimed at all interested parties: whether you are affected yourself, want to support relatives, or simply want to learn more about the topic. Course dates: Monday, 02.11., 09.11., 16.11., 23.11., each from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the community office. Participation is free, the number of participants is limited, please register early!
