Literature à la Carte: German Language, Difficult Language
What's it about?
That our language is difficult is partly because it is not always logical and sometimes even curious. Perhaps it is even responsible for many misunderstandings; you can only 'dress your thoughts in words' and if you pick the wrong outfit, it doesn't look as it should. Sometimes, thoughts can also be conveyed through music or dance, but only sometimes. For writers, language is the only raw material; there is no alternative. Nevertheless, some have succeeded in shaping beautiful poetic art objects from this raw material. Free admission!
