What's it about?

Nobility, power, and architecture Over the centuries, magnificent castles and manor houses have been built around Klagenfurt. This tour takes you by bike to where nobility and landowners once established their summer residences. The route connects several historic sites, including Schloss Mageregg, Schloss Seltenheim, and Schloss Hallegg. Between parks, avenues, and wide fields, they tell stories of noble families, political power, and architectural brilliance of bygone eras – a delightful journey through the region's history. There is a break along the way (refreshments not included). A glimpse into a time full of splendor and stories. Meeting point: Neuer Platz, at the bike sign at the beginning of Tabakgasse.
