BAROQUE ALPINE SOUNDS From Baroque to the sounding world of the Alps The second concert of the Ausseer Barocktage 2026 will be performed by two internationally touring flutists at the new event center in Altaussee, Fischerndorf 61. Renate Linortner, flutist at the popular Volksoper Wien, and Aniela Frey, solo flutist at the royal opera house Teatro Real in Madrid, will curate the program. Both musicians, who are also at home on the big stages, have a close connection to the Ausseerland - Renate Linortner as a native of Aussee and Aniela Frey closely connected to Grundlsee in the Ausseerland through family roots. The program will include brilliant Baroque music for flute duos at a high level with different accompaniment as well as exciting "crossovers" and an original composition by Renate Linortner.
