Playful bike training in the Ausseerland Salzkammergut With the varied Trail Area and the Pump Track in Altaussee, the Ausseerland Salzkammergut has gained a new place for riding fun, exercise, and playful bike training. With waves and banked turns, the area at Brunnerplatz can be ridden with a bicycle, mountain bike, scooter, or balance bike and is open to children, teenagers, and adults. On the Pump Track, speed can be built up specifically without pedaling: This allows bike skills, riding technique, and balance to be playfully improved. Together with the adjacent playground, natural swimming area, and beach volleyball court in Walter-Munk-Park on Lake Altaussee, the Trail Area forms a versatile leisure and sports area for the whole family in Altaussee. While the area is used for the Kids Fun Trail and Pump Track in the summer months, the ice rink is located here in winter.
