From September 18 to October 3, and from October 16 to October 31, the Knödl-Alm in Bad Mitterndorf in the Ausseerland Salzkammergut invites you to a special culinary experience. The focus is on the schnapps school, delicious organic lamb, and traditional knödl (dumpling) specialties. Regional products, hearty specialties, and the cozy atmosphere of the Knödl-Alm make the visit a special tasting experience.
