From September 18 to October 3, and from October 16 to 31, the Knödl-Alm in Bad Mitterndorf in the Ausseerland Salzkammergut invites you to a special culinary experience. The focus is on the schnapps school, delicious organic lamb, and traditional knödl (dumpling) specialties. Regional products, hearty specialties, and the cozy atmosphere of the Knödl-Alm make the visit a special tasting experience. Surrounded by fresh mountain air and the impressive nature of the Ausseerland, visitors can enjoy a delightful break from everyday life at the Knödl-Alm.
