Wednesday Night Spirit
What's it about?
After several years of pause, the "Wednesday Night Spirit" returns to Kammern: On Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 7:30 PM, the Parish of Kammern invites to a special evening mass in the Parish Church of Kammern. The format is aimed at teenagers, young adults, and everyone who wants to experience their faith in a somewhat different atmosphere. Modern music by local musicians, inspiring impulses, and a atmospheric design create space for calm, encounter, and community, thereby providing a conscious counterpoint to hectic everyday life. A special feature of the "Wednesday Night Spirit" is the way the service is conducted: instead of sitting in the usual church pews, participants gather around the altar. The prayers of intercession written specifically for the mass also contribute to the personal character of the evening. After the service, the Parish of Kammern invites to an agape and a cozy get-together.
