What's it about?

Magdalena Loitzl and Barbara Pinnisch-Schneider, who work in their gut health practice Sorelle Salute, and Chris Müller, trauma therapist, show how closely body and mind are connected and what influence traumatic and stressful experiences can have on our well-being and especially on our gut health.
