When autumn paints the Vulkanland in warm colors and the days grow shorter, it is time for one of the most beautiful culinary traditions: the Martiniganslessen (Martin's goose dinner). On selected evenings in November, we serve a multi-course menu centered around the regional Martin's goose from Hütter Pute & Huhn — crispy, juicy, and accompanied by flavored red cabbage, homemade dumplings, and young regional wines.
