
For more than 40 years, the ALPINALE Short Film Festival has been a highlight for film fans and culture enthusiasts. This year, too, the ALPINALE will once again fire up the projector for five evenings to show the audience the best short films on the Remise forecourt. From Tuesday, August 11th to Saturday, August 15th, everything in Bludenz will revolve around the fabulous world of short films. In the run-up, the ALPINALE team viewed over 1300 short films from more than 94 countries this year. The "Golden Unicorn" will be awarded in a total of six categories. an international jury awards the best films in the categories short feature film, animation, V-shorts, virtual reality and horror. The audience also awards prizes - both the best children's film and an audience favorite from the international competition will be honored with a "Golden Unicorn". The winning films in all categories will be presented again on Saturday, August 15th, as part of the award ceremony. Also at the 41st edition of the ALPINALE Short Film Festival, the audience can expect a varied program with exciting, humorous and extraordinary short films from all over the world.
