Franziskanerkloster Bludenz

On June 1, 1991, we Franciscans from the Province of Poznań/Poland agreed to take over this monastery in order to revive it with a new Franciscan spirit. Our task in the monastery is primarily to be there for the people, for the celebration of the Eucharist and the administration of the Sacrament of Penance, for conversations, blessing of objects, and more. Our monastery should be a place of peace, contemplation, and encounter. In addition, we support the parishes of the region as substitute chaplains. Currently, there are two friars in the monastery, Guardian P. Markary, who is also a hospital chaplain, and P. Daczjusz. They also look after the SeneCura Park Laurentius nursing home.
