What's it about?

From July 1, 2026, to September 26, 2026, Michael Schweiger will present his works in the community foyer of Pfarrwerfen. Michael Schweiger (*1967) lives and works in the alpine region of Bavaria. Under the artist name gschlampArt, he has been developing an independent artistic position since 2021 with a clear focus on digital painting, complemented by photography, digital collage, mixed media, as well as video and installation works. His works combine urban image fragments with nature motifs and abstract structures, and move between controlled design and deliberate letting go. Under the slogan "Urban Blessings – The world is more colorful than you think," Schweiger connects artistic work with an open, searching faith, without defining or explaining it. Spiritual levels are intentionally kept open and accessible – as an offer, not as a statement. The exhibition in the community foyer of Pfarrwerfen can be visited during office hours: Monday 8:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00, Tuesday to Friday...
