What's it about?

Sometimes, it doesn't take many words. Instead, it requires a moment to reconnect with ourselves. Sounds can help us to calm down, deepen our perception, and consciously turn our gaze inward again. In this seminar, you will learn the basics of Klangenergetik (sound energy work) and how to handle singing bowls and tuning forks consciously. You will develop a finer sense of your perception, gain more confidence in the practical use of the instruments, and learn to use sound consciously and mindfully. Shared experiences, personal experimentation, and space for individual experiences will accompany you through the seminar evening. Everyone perceives sound differently. Therefore, it is not about copying a method, but about consciously discovering and trusting your own access to sound. This seminar is for people who want to experience sound consciously and explore their own approach to working with singing bowls and tuning forks. 490€ per person, 390€ partner price.
