Kesselheisse (boiled sausages) are available every Thursday morning! Fresh sausages directly from the kettle, picked up yourself at the butcher shop. Then take the sausage to the guest room, with mustard, fresh horseradish, a pastry, and a drink. If Thursday falls on a public holiday, the fresh sausages will be sold on Wednesday.
