The two full-blooded comedians Heinz Marecek and Erwin Steinhauer are bringing back their successful program "Was lachen Sie?" on the occasion of Heinz Marecek's 80th birthday on September 17, 2025. The program, which was performed over 120 times across Austria and sold out more than 25 years ago, offers not only the classic double conference – with Steinhauer as the "Gscheitem" (wise guy) and Marecek as the "Blödem" (fool) – but also solo pieces by the two legendary actors. The comeback is driven by extensive stage experience, pointed humor, and a deep appreciation for the Vienna cabaret tradition. Audience members can expect an evening that makes them laugh but also provokes thought – an event not to be missed.
