Indro Dasgupta is the managing director of the Indian craft organization Craft Resource Center (CRC) from Kolkata, which has been supporting traditional Indian artisans since the early 1990s, focusing on fair and environmentally friendly standards. Indro is a proven expert in textile and leather production and has specialist knowledge of chrome-free tanned leather ("eco leather").
