What's it about?

The TrauerRaum (grief space) is a protected place where grieving people can find comfort, understanding, and time to linger. Because: grief has many faces. It is not only present in death and dying but also when life circumstances change fundamentally and the ground beneath one's feet is lost. Grief is a natural reaction to loss – it affects the person in their entirety. The TrauerRaum invites you to consciously take time for your own feelings. A place where all facets of grief are allowed. A place, in the midst of life – in the midst of everyday life. At lovingly designed stations, you have the opportunity to rest, to voice complaints and pleas at a prayer wall, to remember, to give thanks, or to take comforting thoughts with you.
