What's it about?
Apricity, a vibrant and expressive string quartet, was founded in Klagenfurt in 2025. The name Apricity – the warming power of the winter sun – reflects the ensemble's artistic identity: a sound rooted in warmth, clarity, and emotion. The aim is to convey light, depth, and warmth to the audience – just like sunlight in winter. The repertoire includes the great classical tradition as well as contemporary programs. In this concert, you will experience Antonio Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons" in a lively interpretation for string quartet. The famous sounds paint an impressive picture of spring, summer, autumn, and winter, bringing nature to life musically.
