In the decision of the Federal Monuments Office, Albeck is honored as a "representative residential and administrative building, as a monument of special historical, artistic and cultural significance." For the renovation, Dr. Sickl receives the "State Prize for Good Building." Cultural and commercial activities bring life into the old walls: the revitalization has succeeded.
