Visit to the Organic Farm (26.22240)
What's it about?
An excursion to an organic farm focusing on small-scale vegetable cultivation for interested adults. During the farm tour, participants will delve into the world of market gardening and how vegetable cultivation can succeed on a small area with an emphasis on soil building. Tips & tricks for your own home garden are included. The farm visit will conclude with a tasting of seasonal vegetables. Public transport arrival: by bus 200 from Linz HBF to Vogging/Aschacher Str. Departure at 2:53 PM (travel time approx. 35 minutes), then a 2-minute walk to the vegetable field. Public transport departure: 5:04 PM with bus 200 to Linz HBF. What to bring: sun protection (cap, sunscreen, ...) Drinks and a small tasting snack will be provided. Only in good weather. An offer within the framework of the project Linz is(s)t klimafreundlich, funded by the Climate Fund of the City of Linz.
