Named after the powder manufacturer Rauter in Himmelberg, who secretly supplied the Austrian troops with gunpowder during Napoleon's invasion. In Feldkirchen, he owned house No. 1a. This house and house No. 2 feature remarkable Biedermeier facades. House No. 4 also displays symbols of butchers and bakers, as well as Saint Florian. The fountain has a Renaissance basin with a Baroque marble block placed on top.
