The small farm shop "Fischerei Zur Alten Mühle" at Gut Schloss Lichtengraben is a popular meeting point for connoisseurs. Every Friday at the "Zwölfeläuten" (noon at 12 p.m.), there is delicious, oven-warm smoked fish fresh from the oven. Served with house-made wood-fired bread and Oberskren (cream horseradish), options include char or trout from the farm's own fish pond. Natural apple cider or apple juice from the organic orchard complement the meal. It’s a wonderful lunch break surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and historic ensemble, or just a nice outing! From mid-June to the end of September, you can also enjoy the smoked fish on Sundays. Fridays: November – March from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. April – October from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sundays: from June 15 to the end of September, from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Shopping for regional products is available at...
