Master of Reindling

What's it about?

Sugar buns, Reindling (traditional sweet bread) and others are the focus of Harald Taupe's baking course. It will be shown and learned how to prepare a wonderful yeast dough from simple ingredients and subsequently bake a Reindling. Spend a nice afternoon in a convivial group and learn how to prepare and enjoy this regional delicacy from Central Carinthia. Dates are each Tuesday from 2 PM to 6 PM. Minimum: 4 people.
