Master of Reindling

What's it about?

Sugar treats, Reindling (a type of sweet bread), and more are the focus of Harald Taupe's baking course. It will be demonstrated and learned how to prepare a delicious yeast dough from simple ingredients and then bake a Reindling from it. Spend a pleasant afternoon in a convivial setting and learn how to prepare and enjoy this regional delicacy from Central Carinthia. Dates are each Tuesday from 2 PM to 6 PM. Minimum: 4 people.
