In the artist's studio gallery of painter Harald Scheicher (born 1959), more than 80 pictures are permanently on display in a spacious, wide-ranging hanging — landscapes from Carinthia — lakes, mountains, towns, and gardens — that focus on the beauty and unique character of the South Carinthian region. The images are created in all seasons outdoors directly in front of the motif, with Harald Scheicher emphasizing the process of image creation — the picture becomes a record of seeing. During his hikes and drives, the painter repeatedly finds motifs that fascinate him. Harald Scheicher has been painting since he was 13 years old.
