MINI-Museum: Small Hands – Big Treasures invites you to discover the world through the eyes of children. In the MINI-Museum Mallnitz, young researchers open their treasure chests – filled with finds from nature and culture, collected in the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Glittering stones, colorful feathers, or mysterious bones tell tales of curiosity, observation, and a spirit of discovery. Over 1,000 real treasures make the diversity of nature tangible. In 26 treasure chests, the ABCs of the National Park unfold – from A for eagle feather to Z for Swiss pine cone. Exciting search tasks and an interactive hands-on area invite you to discover, marvel, and research along. The MINI-Museum Mallnitz is Europe's first museum on biodiversity designed by children – now a guest at the kärnten.museum Klagenfurt. An experience for young and old explorers.
