What's it about?

With "Aus dem Wachhäuschen" (From the Guardhouse), we present a literary montage that is in dialogue with Hannes Zebedin's installation. Starting from the idea of the ground as a repository of memory, texts from German and Slovenian literature interweave regional history, culture of remembrance, and the aftermath of National Socialism into a multi-voiced literary program. Together with the music, a space for listening, remembering, and reflecting is created. The actress and speaker Magda Kropiunig will read, musically accompanied by Jackie Mossgreen (Bordërlane). In case of bad weather, the event will take place at Villa for Forest (Viktringer Ring 21). Admission is free. www.lendhauer.org
