What's it about?

The gallery, spanning over 160 m2 with 50 to 70 exhibits, presents a constantly changing program of various artists and is a new, accessible place for art experience and exchange of ideas. It has a carefully curated program that deliberately contrasts with the mainstream of everyday contemporary art. It constantly features changing oil paintings by Harald Scheicher. Characteristic of these is his vibrant, plein-air painting created directly in front of the motif. Pictures by other artists are always on display: Hernan Ricaldoni, Peter Ring, Filius de Lacroix, but also photographic art by Christine Ottowitz, selected jewelry by Haldis Scheicher, and paintings by Helga Scheicher, such as colorfully painted chairs and mirrors. In the encounter-promoting ambiance, there is always a cozy spot for stimulating conversations, and explanatory guided tours for children and adults take place at any time.
