Flute duo Renate Linortner & Aniela Frey with friends - including Toni Burger and Sebastian Rastl The second concert of the Ausseer Barocktage 2026 on August 22nd will be performed by two internationally active flutists with accompanying musicians. It will take place in the wonderful new event center in Altaussee. Renate Linortner, flutist at the popular Volksoper Wien, and Aniela Frey, solo flutist at the Royal Opera House Teatro Real in Madrid, will curate the program. Both musicians have a close connection to the Ausseerland - Renate Linortner as a native of Aussee and Aniela Frey, who spends a lot of time at Grundlsee in the Ausseerland due to family roots. The program will include brilliant baroque music for flute duos at a high level with various accompaniments, as well as "crossover" and some original compositions by Renate Linortner.
