Candlelight Ficus
What's it about?
The Styrian funk/pop formation Candlelight Ficus is back and opening a new chapter in their band history. For the first time, the guys from Graz sing in their native language, the Styrian dialect. The dialect singing, combined with the band's unique style, creates a sound that suddenly makes many new things possible. Since their founding 9 years ago, the band has become an indispensable part of Graz's city DNA and has also made a name for themselves at international festivals (including Thailand, Mexico, Greece, Turkey). In the energetic and highly interactive live shows of the Graz funk-pop band, no foot remains still. In a time of upheaval and uncertainty, Candlelight Ficus brings back the belief in community and the joy of human interaction.
