The focus is on the hammered dulcimer – an instrument that the trained musician Ulrike Knapp-Korb-Weidenheim brings to life with great versatility. With SALTERINA, she demonstrates convincingly that the hammered dulcimer has much more to offer than traditional folk music. The musical spectrum ranges from folk and baroque music to world and pop music. In 'In 80 Tönen um die Welt' (Around the World in 80 Tones), the audience is taken on a sonorous journey through different countries, styles, and musical worlds.
