Raum.Drei: Ein Traum? — Music and Dance Performance
What's it about?
World premiere and highlight of the festival. The dance performance SWAP with live electronics forms the starting point and explores the question of reality through physical, vocal, and musical means. Music by Rachmaninoff, Piazzolla, K. Weill, Aperghis, Purcell, Schubert, among others, as well as lyrical texts by Elena Bechter, play with different realities. The evening is a meeting between life and death, familiar and foreign, reality and possibility. Featuring dance, singing, live electronics, and accordion. International cast: Elena Bechter — soprano, performance, poetry, artistic overall concept; Maria Colusi — dance, choreography; Edgardo Rudnitzky — sound design, composition; Goran Kovacevic — accordion; Emese Csornai — lighting design.
