What's it about?

Bake your own wheat baked goods (salt sticks, hand rolls, long rolls, etc.) and a spelt toast bread. You will receive the recipes with detailed descriptions so you can bake everything at home. Learn tips and tricks from master baker and pastry chef Robert Loidl! Course fee: €75 (including baking ingredients). Registration: by email to robert.loidl@gmx.at or by phone at 0664/2609465.
