Who would have thought that our Christmas tree can be a real green pharmacy? 🌲 At the FNL Kräutertreff (Herb Meeting) with Monika Auner, we discover the valuable ingredients of spruce and fir – from vitamin C and essential oils to resins and minerals. We learn proven recipes from folk medicine and prepare our own 'forest medicine' – for immune strength, inner calm, and natural support during the cold season.
