Bockbieranstich im Schloss Pöllau
What's it about?
The Pöllau Music Band cordially invites you on November 21, 2026, from 2 p.m. to the traditional Bockbier tapping in the castle cellar of Pöllau. This year's Bockbier tapping will feature a special Bockbier, just like last year, the 'Leopold' Bockbier, brewed especially for the Pöllau Bockbier tapping by the Gratzer brewery from Kaindorf. The Gratzer brewery is a private microbrewery from the Ökoregion Kaindorf and was founded by brewmaster Alois Gratzer. The natural beers have been awarded numerous times over the years and are known for their special names, such as Johann or Adelheid. The Pöllau Music Band is especially pleased that the 'Leopold' Bockbier was created specifically for the Pöllau Bockbier tapping, named after the mascot of the Pöllau Music Band, a small goat. In addition to the exclusive Bockbier, there will also be a selection of other regional delicacies and lively melodies.
