Freshly smoked char from the waters of the Ausseerland is the focus of this culinary offering. Starting at 5:00 PM, the char is smoked on site and served warm from the oven. In good weather, the spacious terrace invites guests to linger and offers a view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Ausseerland with the Grimming.
