Measured against eternity, it is more important for a fulfilled life how we age – not how old we get. Aging is sometimes also a 'remembering of one's own future.' This forward-looking perspective quickly shows us that it makes more sense to give more life to the days rather than days to the life. In this workshop, we oppose the pure pursuit of life extension with the art of good aging and reflect on aging from a Christian faith perspective. Core questions of the topic are combined with practical impulses and exercises. Methods of resilience strengthening and exchange about case examples allow gaining new perspectives on one's own aging.
