It's an extraordinary evening, as farmer Alexandra talks about the "Hüsle" and life up there with her family and the goats. Amidst lush meadows stands an ancient Walser çiftlik evi with breathtaking views over the Walgau. 73 goats graze, jump, bleat, and a few of them, like Martha and Emma, are milked daily. The goat curd and goat cheese taste delicious. There's nothing to "bleat" about. Sitting up there, looking into the distance, one cannot imagine how arduous it was for the first settlers to establish themselves: clearing land, building and managing the farm. Marvel yourself and enjoy nature!Meeting point: Ludesch municipal office, carpooling will take you up to the "Hüsle".Catering: Goat farmer Alexandra with tasty delicacies.
