The tower with its pointed spire prominently overlooks the houses in the village center of Nüziders. It is quite discernible that this church tower and the design of the western entrance facade of the church were only added in the 19th century in the Neoclassical style, yet the supplementary construction work at that time was carried out in harmonious relation to the existing structure.From the outside, the Gothic character of the parish church of Nüziders is easily apparent, as the narrow pointed-arch windows of the presbytery, partly with ornamental framing, and the painted frieze under the roof, as well as the plasterwork of the choir and nave, speak for a solid new construction from the 15th century. The east-facing window was bricked up during the Baroque period, but a round light opening for the Holy Spirit disc remained. Inside the nave, one can sense the subsequent alteration of the Gothic windows; furthermore, the once-present Gothic vault in the choir area was removed during the Baroque period.
