While the riffs saw and the double bass roars in the big marquee, Zini's Imbiss will once again provide the necessary sustenance so you can last until the night. About the line-up: We didn't promise too much – this year we're taking no prisoners. Here are the bands that will expertly dismantle RockShock this year: THE SPIRIT (DE) – Headliner: The current benchmark in Melodic Black/Death Metal comes from Saarland to us in Mühlviertel. The Spirit forgo unnecessary frills and instead focus on an ice-cold, dense atmosphere and world-class technical precision. Those looking for the intensity of 90s classics will find their master here. A worthy conclusion to a dark night. Darkfall (AT): Those who were there in 2023 know what to expect! After their massive demolition three years ago, the Leoben veterans return to prove once again why they have been at the forefront of Austrian Thrashed Death Metal for three decades. Welcome back! Wildhunt (AT): A real cracker from our federal capital! Wildhunt stands for technically demanding Speed and Thrash Metal from Vienna. The band combines insane tempo with complex structures – the perfect choice for all who demand metal with depth and plenty of bite. Nordblut (AT): Finally! After the 2024 show was cancelled due to the festival's short-notice cancellation, we are finally bringing the Lower Austrians to our stage in 2026. Expect gripping Blackened Pagan Metal that perfectly captures the contrast of harsh cold and epic melodies. Behind The Rails (AT): Honest, heavy Death Metal directly from Graz.
