NEUJAHRSKONZERT

What's it about?

After his confident conduction of this year's New Year's Concert due to the illness of Asher Fisch, Beomseok Yi, who has been the long-time principal conductor at the Tiroler Festspiele Erl, will also be at the podium of the festival orchestra on January 1, 2027. With a sure and, as expected, lively hand, he will lead an inspiring program to start the year. The soloist for the matinee is Giuseppe Gibboni, a prize-winning violinist; for example, he won the Paganini Competition in 2021.
