The hall of the Festspielhaus was designed by the Viennese architectural firm Delugan Meissl Architects. With its freestanding walls made of acacia wood, it is an instrument in itself. 732 spectators can be seated in the hall, which is modeled after a Greek theater. From the outside, it is modeled after the Erl coat of arms emblem, the "Erler Dornkrone", and blends in optimally with the impressive white Passion Play House in the landscape. Anyone who would like to experience the Festspielhaus from the inside is cordially invited to attend one of the numerous events throughout the year. The opening hours refer to the opening hours of the ticket office.
