From 40 AD to the year 4309, we are taken on a time journey – but not quite in the way you know from history books. In fast-paced, satirical episodes, we meet Romans, farmers, nobles, mountain and ski heroes, tourists, and brave emigrants, all of whom have shaped Tyrol over the centuries. Major historical events meet small human weaknesses, patriotic legends meet biting humor, and the past meets a pretty crazy future. And of course, '’s Kasermandl' cannot be missing – that legendary figure who moves somewhere between mountain and valley, past and future, and offers a very own perspective on Tyrol and its history. A loving, quirky, and sharp-witted time travel through our land – with plenty of winks.
