Exhibition Hidden Treasures The "Hidden Treasures" are the jewel of the Naturparkhaus in the mountain climbing village of Ginzling. The exhibition spans two floors and more than 500 m², taking you on a unique journey through the geological history of the Zillertal Alps and showcasing the sparkling crystal treasures that have formed inside the mountains over millions of years. The focus is repeatedly on humans, who have been in the mountains for thousands of years searching for, finding, mining, and trading these treasures. Many exciting stories are told, especially through examples of mountain crystal and garnet. Highlights include a large relief map of the Zillertal Alps, interactive stations, fascinating installations such as a kaleidoscope, and a mountain cinema. What else awaits you: the Café Rast with a spacious sun terrace, an attractive nature garden, a play and bouldering area, and much more.
