A special experience for the whole family is offered by the demonstration milling in the Stadtner Mühle at the waterfall in Maria Hilf. Here, visitors young and old can look over the millers' shoulders and experience how grain is processed into flour according to old tradition.The mill, once located in the Pötsch district and later rebuilt at the waterfall, tells exciting stories from the past and impressively shows how craftsmanship used to work.The freshly ground flour and other regional products can then be purchased directly on site - a real treat and a nice souvenir.A worthwhile excursion into the world of traditional craftsmanship - authentic, educational and ideal for a family afternoon in the Defereggental!Participation is free.
