"OVO" presents the great crawl! The brilliant artistic "egg" of Cirque du Soleil. The arena show will be performed in Salzburg and Graz in 2026 and in Vienna in spring 2027. "OVO", the celebrated arena show of Cirque du Soleil, offers a fast-paced, colorful, and humorous kaleidoscope in superb artistic perfection. The world of insects, with its incredible diversity, provides an ironic blueprint for the happenings on stage, resembling a nest full of acrobatics and comedy. The large, contrasting crawling in shimmering costumes and bright scenery is a delightful fun for the whole family. "OVO", which redefines the boundaries set by the human body, will also be visiting Hannover, Frankfurt, Bremen, Hamburg, Vienna, Leipzig, Cologne, and Nuremberg in spring 2027. The audience plunges headfirst into a cosmos teeming with life. Loud, turbulent scenes alternate with quiet, emotional moments. A mysterious, large egg gives all actors, acrobats, and clowns with their insect costumes and characters riddles to solve. Mighty crickets are launched into the air from trampolines, and a hypnotic spider twists in its web to the point of unrecognizability. "OVO", which means egg in Portuguese, is a timeless symbol that runs like a red thread through the spectacle. Amidst all the crawling and fluttering, love of course cannot be forgotten, as the formidable ladybug discovers her heart for the lively, foreign fly-man. And as always with Cirque du Soleil, "OVO" is packed with artistic feats. 53 acrobats and musicians create a spectacle that challenges the imagination. Over 10 million people in 47 countries have already been fascinated by "OVO".
