KATHARINA STRASSER MY CHILDHOOD ON CASSETTE - BETWEEN MIXTAPE AND BANDSALAD After the sold-out success of the program "The 50+ Years Austropop Revue," Katharina Straßer embarks on a musical journey back to the 90s — to a time when the record button was sacred, a pencil was indispensable, and a Fruit Zwerge (fruit snack) was still healthy. Together with the Spicy Backstreet Band, she reminisces about her coming of age amidst Diddl Mouse, Baywatch, and Tschisi ice cream: from first crushes, big feelings, small dramas, to her own mixtapes for these life moments. Nostalgic, humorous, and touching — an evening for everyone who still remembers, or wants to know, why back then you needed a pencil for salad, "until it gets dark" was a valid time, and a ghost driver message was the ultimate challenge of the mixtape. Katharina Straßer: Actress and singer. Known from the ORF hit "Schnell ermittelt" and stage successes like "My Fair Lady." She has already won hearts with her solo evening "Alles für’n Hugo" about the lively life of Cissy Kraner. (Gesang) Band Geri Schuller: Driving force behind the international soul/blues/gospel singing trio The Rounder Girls, previously 10 years as the musical backbone of the rock theater troupe Hallucination Company, tours with Bluatschink, Bill Ramsey, Harri Stojka, and others. (Piano) Hanna Pichler: Violin lessons with Miroslav Chytka. Member of TB-The Band. ( Guitar and Violin) Erich Buchebner (alias "Ricky Gold"): Performances with STS, Opus, Wolfgang Ambros, Austria 3, and more. A true Austropop veteran. (Bass) Bernhard Egger: Drums, photography, and interviews. Founder of the talk series "Auf dem Roten Stuhl". Drummer for Austrian Blues Unit and Norbert Schneider, among others.
