Line Dance Kurs
What's it about?
The Line Dance course in Hallstatt offers a combination of physical and mental activity as well as social interaction. Participants learn choreographed dances to various music styles. Line dancing promotes coordination, balance, cardiovascular health, and muscle strength (legs, torso). It is an excellent memory training and is considered a 'fountain of youth', helping to prevent dementia and improving confidence in everyday steps. Dancing in a group strengthens social bonds, even if you do not have a fixed dance partner. You dance solo but not alone! Registration by phone: +43 (0) 677 617 00 228.
